Quality Control Facilities
Most modern and technically advanced testing labs (NABL Accredited Laboratories)are used to check incoming material and production quality control. All metallurgical testing is carried out at most modern and technically advanced testing labs.
Dimension Testing
At every stage of manufacturing all the forgings are inspected by our Engineers for dimensions.
Hardness Testing
After heat treatment, forgings are tested for hardness by Brinell hardness testing method.
Ultrasonic Testing
Every forging is tested for internal defects or flaw by ultrasonic testing with ASTM standards
